We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the Returns Instructions at the cocoayachtclub.com website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. as per our Refund & Returns Policy, we must receive a Return Shipping Confirmation from the carrier, and inspect the item(s). Upon receipt we can then determine if the return is eligible for a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items that include detailed information in the product description such as materials, measurements, images, and other detailed information are not eligible for a refund or return. Please be advised any information listed in the product description is not eligible for a return or refund. Items are exactly as depicted in the product description, and images.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note there have been changes made to The United States Postal Service's Shipping Schedule. As of October 2021, The USPS has issued a warning that there may be delays in shipping up to 14 Business Days due to COVID. We can not issue a refund for orders that have experienced delays due to the shipping carrier. The USPS also warns of delays due to any Federal Holiday. We will not issue a refund for delays experienced as a result of a United States Federal Holiday. In addition, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer is not eligible for a refund if the carrier is found to be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage the customer to contact their local postal service to report his or her package lost or stolen.
We encourage the cardholder to provide an Identity Theft Report from the Federal Trade Commission, as well as a police report from their local police department. We can not provide a refund unless the purchase is found to be fraudulent by a Local Police Department or Federal Trade Commission's Identity Theft Process we are authorized to fully refund the cardholder.
